  1. Hey Kelsey! Great stories on your portfolio! I think you did a great job with all your stories and you sure did add a lot of details in them which made it so much more interesting! I think my favorite is Varuna the sea god in which Rama was trying to cross. I thought it was clever that you made it in the sea god's point of view. Usually people would just do one of the main character's side of the story, but I thought it was pretty cool that you made it in the sea's perspective. I also enjoyed reading A Ghost That Took Over My Life, I thought it was clever that you focused the story on Brahman. So far I really like reading all your stories, I thought you did an excellent job and I didn't really spot any major grammar issues. I think you did well enough that all your stories were consistent and fluent. Anyways, I think you did a great job! Keep up the good work, can't wait to read more of your stories.

  2. Kelsey,

I just finished going through your portfolio and you have some outstanding stories in your collection. You are a very talented storyteller and you seem to have quite a few different techniques you are able to use exclusively. I have expressed this a lot but i am a sucker for lots of extra details and it seems as if you have done an amazing job implementing the use of your own imagination to create a lot of fresh details within your stories. The story in particular the caught my attention was when you focused on Brahman. I have seen a few stories here and there where people are doing this and it really intrigues me. I think he is such an interesting character and there seems to be quite a bit of ability to get creative with him in storytelling. Overall I really enjoyed the portfolio, keep up the great work.

  3. Hey, Kelsey! You have some pretty cool stories in your portfolio. Like I said in your Storytelling post for Week 11, you are a really great writer! You have a great talent in writing and I think that is really awesome. You use great details in order to tell these stories and to grab the attention of the readers. I can tell you have a very creative imagination. My favorite story out of your portfolio is the “Threatening of the Sea” one. The way you depicted the character of Rama was very interesting! We usually see him as this kind, loving, selfless hero but in your story you made him the complete opposite, which is kind of refreshing in its own way. This different type of Rama definitely kept my interest and kept me wanting to read more. It was also nice to read this story from Varuna’s point of view. There was so much detail in this story. Overall you did a great job.
